Inspired by Mario’s love of crystals, these multi-purpose prismatic highlighters reflect beautifully day and night. Overview: Illuminates eyes and cheeks with a sheer, lightweight finish that looks like a veil of crystal sparkle. When hit by light, the sparkles reflect and glow. Can be used on eyes, cheeks, and décolletage—anywhere you want to add luminosity. How to Apply: Use your fingertips or the E4 Brush for a seamless application. Apply over shadows to create a highlight on the eyelids, or press onto bare lids to create a sheer wash of crystal sparkle. For a more dramatic effect, give it a couple of swirls with your finger, and then build onto the lid. The more you swirl the bigger the impact.
